We can meet user needs with short lead times, low costs, and high precision, and we excel in large-scale casting of one-meter-sized products using our unique technology. 【Simple Molds + Injection Molding】 We design and manufacture aluminum simple molds and handle the entire process of injection molding in-house. We would like to introduce the replication technology conducted by S.N.B. Co., Ltd. By using the multi-joint measuring arm we possess, we can handle anything from large items to small ones. Various shapes can be scanned, and we can accommodate them simply by "tracing" along the shape. In addition, we also have 3D printing, reverse engineering, and 5-axis machining capabilities, so replication is possible without the need for data (drawings) if the actual item is available.
